A day of Chanting Meditation, talks, meditation and practice with the Abbot and monks of Gyuto Monastery, will offer people the tools to :

  • clear away painful fears
  • dissolve uncomfortable memories
  • lift depression and sadness

The workshop will culminate in a special chant invoking Vajrayogini, Queen of the Dakinis, followed by Jab Cru Cleansing Ceremony to Rid Us of Obstacles

See the monks make a sand mandala and make your own with the new aand unique half metre round, 500 piece Mandala of Yamantaka jigsaw. Practice non - attachment to the material through an absorbing game for individuals and families.
