Buddhist Teaching Series - Seeing Truth
With Shar Tse Choe-Je Lobsang Tenzin

Part 1 - Living and Dying without fear
Part 2 - Being Good, Feeling Good
Part 3 - Freedom from Perfection

Rinpoche will explain how Buddhist teaching aims to satisfy our instinctive and subconscious search for happiness. It is achieved within rather than outside of, our emotional experience through understanding and through our capacity to feel good about others and ourselves. Experiencing life as it is in the moment is the ultimate freedom. The pursuit of enlightenment therefore becomes a metaphor for living a meaningful and good life.

Former Abbot, Gyuto Tantric University, Shar Tse Choe-Je Lobsang Tenzin Rinpoche was appointed in 2003 by H.H.Dalai Lama, to Vice Chancellor Gelug-Pa Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.
