Earthdance Global Dance Party - 12 October, 2002 @ Gasworks & Colonial Hotel, Melbourne

The monks will once again open the Earthdance Global Dance Party for Peace on October 12. Gyuto House would like to thank the organisers of Earthdance for their commitment to the Tibetan cause and to global peace. This year, it is being presented in two parts.

  • A daytime Festival is being held at Gasworks Arts Park where the Gyuto Monks will offer a Harmonic Chant and Meditation for Peace to open the proceedings at 11 am.
  • The traditional Earthdance Benefit Night Party to be held at the Colonial Hotel, cnr King & Lonsdale Streets, Melbourne will start at 10pm with a Harmonic Chant and Meditation by the Gyuto Monks.
