"The Practice of Contentment" was recorded in 1999, with Grand Chantmaster Jangden Chenmo Lobsang Tsering, Thupten Khedup, Tashi Namgyal and Dorje Lobsang (translation by Sonam Rigzin), and launched in January 2000. The CD features the unique harmonic chanting of the monks, along with guided meditations in English read by Sonam Rigzin.
