bogon village tent monastery 1997 The Gyuto Monks travel the length and breadth of Australia, giving workshops and running programs demonstrating their ancient tantric rituals and ceremonies.

They actively involve the communities they visit - from teaching the art of torma creation, to drawing Buddhist auspicious symbols - they offer activities for all ages, as well as their public talks and meditation sessions. The opportunity to see their beautiful sand mandalas or butter sculptures first-hand is a truly special event.

The monks also offer retreats for the general public, as well as workshops with those in care or rehabilitation.
