This Week on Sunday Nights The 2002 Queensland Sacred Music Festival was held last weekend at the Brisbane Powerhouse. The Festival celebrated the spiritual and sacred arts as found in the worlds major religions. Sunday Nights was there and this week we will bring you the highlights from the Gyuto Monks of Tibet, Shubha Mudgal and the Whirling Dervishes of Turkey. Ian Barns from The Institute for Sustainability and Technology at Murdoch University will be in the Chatroom and dont forget to test your nerves with the Inquizition after midnight. Show included an interview with Peter MacMurray, Organizer of the Brisbane Sacred Music Festival, which featured the Gyuto Monks' performance, and the playing of a recording of the monks made by the ABC, during the festival. (Designer, Sally McLean, made sure she got on air to promote the website and let them know that Lobsang Tsering is on this current Australian tour!).
